All orders for same day pickup must be placed by 3pm. All orders for delivery must be placed by 3pm the preceding day.
Fees: Single shopping fee is $5.95 per order. 30-day Unlimited service is available for $17.95 for those who shop with us weekly.
First Time Users: Please follow these steps for setting up a new account.
Click on one of our Lowes Foods to Go locations. If you are shopping with Lowes Foods to Go for your beach vacation, be sure to choose the location closest to your vacation destination. If you are chooing Lowes Foods to Go for an overseas order, please choose our Winston-Salem location on Reynolda Road.
Enter your email address. This will be the username for your account. Next choose and enter a Password between 6 and 30 characters.
When done, click on the "Create Account" button at the bottom.
Click on the "Proceed" button and begin shopping. Please review the Store Policies which are available via "Help/Policies".
Returning Users
You can either sign in by clicking "Sign In" or simply begin shopping. You will be asked to sign in and/or enter your password when you checkout.
How to Shop
This shopping system is very easy to use. Please follow these easy instructions.
From the buttons on the left side, you may do one of the following: click on the categories from which you wish to shop or access your "Shopping Lists".
If selecting a department, simply click on the desired category and sub-categories until products are displayed in the center panel.
To purchase a product, simply click on the "Buy" button. This will place the item into your virtual shopping cart on the right hand side of your screen.
To view more product detail, such as nutritional information, click on the image of the item.
To search for a product, type a descriptive word or UPC in the "Search" field near the top of the screen and click on the "Go" button.
To change the quantity of the item selected, use the up and down arrows for the product in the virtual shopping cart or type in the desired quantity. Changing the quantity to zero will remove the item from the cart.
Shopping Lists are a good way to organize your favorite products and those which you only buy occasionally.
To save items to a shopping list, simply click on the "Save" button. These products will be added to your "Active List" near the top of the screen.
To view your shopping lists, click on the "Lists" button and select the desired list.
When products are removed from the online inventory, they will not appear in your shopping lists or Master List. When the product is back in stock, it will return to your list.
How to Checkout
Follow these steps for easy and quick checkout:
Click on the "Checkout" button in the bottom right of the page to review your order. You may change quantities of a specific item right in the "Order Preview" page. To change the quantity of the item selected, use the up and down arrows for the product in the virtual shopping cart or type in the desired quantity. Changing the quantity to zero will remove the item from the cart. You can also write a note to your shopper in the "Comments" box at the bottom of the page.
When the Preview Page meets your expectations, click on the "Checkout" button.
Choose the day and time for your order to be picked up or delivered and click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
Promo Code - If you have a promotion code, key it in the "Promo Code" section at the top of the page. If the promotion code is for a complimentary 30-Day Unlimited Service, be sure to click the EZ pay button to activate your 30-day service.
Review our payment policy and choose your method of payment. Once completed, click on the "Place Order" button the bottom of the page.
After you have placed your order you will see your confirmation number and an e-mail receipt will be sent. Please be sure your Spam blockers will accept our e-mail order confirmation sent to you.
